Enterprise Intelligence

Enterprises are artificial living organisms, exhibiting intelligence to drive their destiny and submitted to entropy and uncertainly tending to shorten their life. The best enterprises are successful at developing their intelligence, leading to short term success, mitigating entropy, leveraging opportunities, ensuring their sustainability.

Intelligence and entropy take many forms, some being easily measurable from traditional measurements (efficiencies, computing power) ither more being qualitative by essence (motivations, conflicts, resistance to change, social and environmental compatibilities, distance from chaos).

This project aims at establishing relevant intelligence and entropy factors of the industrial enterprise, defining measurement methods and exploring intelligence based systemic improvement.
